I brought my 2009 Subaru Impreza in for head gaskets and timing belt replacement. I added on a few other items since they were in there. It was an expensive job, but I knew that going in. I was referred via a friend and decided to give FAST a shot. They totally blew me away with incredibly quick/attentive customer service and wicked quick respray a panel that fuel had etched below the clear coat. Literaly took less than half of the estimated time. I'm 110% happy with the work and they will be my first option when needing anything going forward.

Fast of West Chester’s team did an amazing job on the install of my body kit along with paint matching the parts and hood. Everything lines up great and the paint match looks phenomenal for a vehicle being 27 years old. They cleaned up my car nicely at the end and even removed the yellow haze on my headlights. They are an honest shop that does great work and take pride in what they do.

FAST goes above and beyond. Very trustworthy staff, quick turnaround, and excellent communication.

Customer service here is next level. The owner Dave emailed me back after hours on a weekend, and he’s a real car guy. He drives the same kind of WRX I have, just with about 500 more horsepower (yes, you read that right, it’s FAST, pun intended). I liked what he had to say so much that I booked an appointment for a J-pipe install (no way I was risking breaking turbo studs myself). Dave was so helpful that I ended up buying extra parts to install the same day and adding a dyno tune to finish it all off.

The tune blew me away. The car is shockingly quick now. The tuner didn’t just slap on an off-the-shelf map, make one adjustment, and call it good like some of the bigger WRX shops and “popular” tuners for the VB do. He did multiple dyno pulls (at least five) and really dialed everything in perfectly. Best part for us old-school Subaru fans: Ray Arroyo (the legend from TurboTek) handles the tuning. That alone is huge.

When I got home and put the car on jacks, everything looked perfect: no leaks, bolts torqued right, clamps secure, parts aligned spot-on.

Pricing was fair compared to other performance shops, and FAST clearly knows Subarus way better than most. I’d have happily paid even more for the service and efficiency I received.

The shop itself is clean and welcoming. The guy at the front counter was super friendly, waiting room is comfortable with multiple screens showing dyno data, plus a TV, coffee/water, and a cool little merch area. Way nicer than your average shop waiting spot.

Super happy with FAST—their work, the tune, everything. I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I came here for a safety inspection. I could tell upon walking in that this place was well organized. My appointment details and paperwork were already organized and ready. Waiting area was well maintained and clean and prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend this place and come here for other services.
